7. Political issu
哪家公司沒有 political issue 呢？HR 常常想當不沾鍋但幾乎是不可能的啦，除非已經被排除到門外那又另當別論。所以偶只能在 political 狀況中儘量做到 HR 的專業，做對的事，即使開罪了另一方或是偶屬的這方，至少在同樣的情形中，有人知道偶非偏袒，是做對的事。
8. sometimes bad guy sometimes while face
好人和壞人要看情況當，也就是所謂的黑臉白臉。搞清楚自己的老闆、GM、business partners 的做事方法，通力合作，輪流當黑臉白臉。
9. 留點給人探聽
這是偶要努力的，以前偶太 tough了。不過偶不是太擔心，different positions, different style。
10. social org. vs. profile org.
常常須提醒公司的主管們，尤其事關人事決定時。We are running a business org. not social org., especially for profits.

ploitical issue exists every company, no matter big or small organization! You have to learn how to play 'right' role at right time, that's hard part!
I am back to real world, not sure which role I'd like to play, maybe just the role I preferred, no mater what they say!
